一、印刷機(jī)種類(lèi)繁多，按印刷色數(shù)和面數(shù)分類(lèi)
1.單色印刷機(jī)

2.雙色印刷機(jī)

3.多色印刷機(jī)

4.雙面單色印刷機(jī)

5.雙面多色印刷機(jī)
二、印刷機(jī)按用途分有以下兩種：
1.一般印刷機(jī)：所謂一般印刷是指采用凸、平、凹等版式，以紙張為承印材料，以印刷報(bào)紙、彩頁(yè)、畫(huà)冊(cè)等一般印刷物為主要對(duì)象，以傳遞信息為主要目的的印刷方式，如書(shū)版印刷機(jī)、報(bào)版印刷機(jī)等
2.特種印刷機(jī)：供特種印刷用的印刷機(jī)，主要有不干膠貼紙印刷機(jī)、軟管印刷機(jī)等。
三、按印版種類(lèi)分有凹版印刷機(jī)、絲網(wǎng)印刷機(jī)、平版印刷機(jī)、凸版印刷機(jī)四種：
1.凹版印刷機(jī)：凹版印刷是用凹版施印的一種印刷方式。凹版印刷機(jī)是用凹版進(jìn)行印刷的機(jī)器。凹版是指圖文部分低于空白部分的印版，主要有雕刻凹版和照相凹版
 
2.絲網(wǎng)印刷機(jī)：絲網(wǎng)印刷是孔版印刷的一種，印版的圖文部分可透過(guò)油墨漏印至承印物上的印刷方式。絲網(wǎng)印刷印版呈網(wǎng)狀，版面形成通孔和不通孔兩部分，印刷時(shí)油墨在刮墨板的擠壓下從版面通孔部分漏印在承印物上。
3.平版印刷機(jī)：使用平版完成印刷過(guò)程的機(jī)器，圖文部分與空白部分幾乎處于同一平面的印版。
4.凸版印刷機(jī)：凸版印刷機(jī)是使用凸版完成印刷過(guò)程的機(jī)器。圖文部分明顯高于空白部分的印版，如照相凸版、感光性樹(shù)脂版、活字版等。
四、按承印物類(lèi)型分為以下兩種：
1.單張紙印刷機(jī)：以單張紙或其他單張材料為承印物。
2.卷筒紙印刷機(jī)：以卷筒紙或其他卷筒材料為承印物。
五、按壓印機(jī)構(gòu)形式分為以下三種：
1.手壓平印刷機(jī)：壓印機(jī)構(gòu)和裝版機(jī)構(gòu)均呈平面形。
2.圓壓平印刷機(jī)，也稱(chēng)平臺(tái)印刷機(jī)：壓印機(jī)構(gòu)呈圓筒形，裝版機(jī)構(gòu)呈平面形。
3.圓壓圓印刷機(jī)：壓印機(jī)構(gòu)和獎(jiǎng)版栩村幼導(dǎo)圓筒形。

2、 There are two types of printing machines according to their uses:

（1）. General printing machine: the so-called general printing refers to the printing method that uses convex, flat, concave and other formats, takes paper as the printing material, prints newspapers, color pages, picture books and other general printing materials as the main object, and takes the transmission of information as the main purpose, such as book printing machine, newspaper printing machine, etc

（1）. Special printing machine: the printing machine for special printing, mainly including adhesive sticker printing machine, hose printing machine, etc.

3、 According to the type of printing plate, there are four types: gravure printing machine, screen printing machine, lithographic printing machine and relief printing machine

（1）. Gravure printing machine: gravure printing is a printing method of gravure printing. Gravure printing machine is a machine for printing with gravure. Gravure refers to the printing plate with the graphic part lower than the blank part, mainly including engraving gravure and photogravure

（2）. Screen printing machine: screen printing is a kind of hole plate printing. The image and text part of the plate can be omitted to the substrate through ink. The screen printing plate is in the form of mesh, and the plate forms two parts: through hole and through hole. When printing, the ink is missing from the through hole part of the plate on the substrate under the extrusion of the scraper.

（3）. Lithography machine: a machine that uses lithography to complete the printing process. The graphic part and the blank part are almost on the same plane.

（4）. Letterpress: letterpress is a machine that uses letterpress to complete the printing process. The graphic part is obviously higher than the blank part of the printing plate, such as relief plate, photosensitive resin plate, letterpress plate, etc.

4、 According to the type of substrate, it can be divided into the following two types:

（1）. Sheet fed press: the substrate is sheet fed or other sheet fed materials.

（2）. Web press: take web or other web materials as substrate.

5、 Press printing mechanism can be divided into the following three types:

（1）. Hand press: both the press mechanism and the plate mounting mechanism are in plane shape.

（2）. Circular press, also known as platform press: the press mechanism is cylindrical, and the plate mounting mechanism is flat.

（3）. Circular press: the press mechanism and the award plate are cylindrical.
